30 days to find your daily ritual

Effective September 24, 2026. Morrow Cup is operated by Oinc Labs LLC.

Try your machine at home. If it is not right for you, email hello@morrowcup.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. No physical return is required and there is no restocking fee.

Your refund

For an eligible full-order refund, we refund the full amount paid, including original shipping and applicable taxes, to your original payment method. We issue approved refunds promptly and email you when issued. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

For a partial refund, we refund the amount paid for the affected item after discounts, plus applicable refundable taxes. Identical machines in a bundle receive equal shares of its price, with any rounding allocated so the total matches the amount paid. We explain the calculation before processing it. Any additional refund required by law remains available.

If your order is damaged, incorrect, faulty or has not arrived, contact us for help. We may request reasonable photos or a short video to understand a fault. Proof of a defect is not required for dissatisfaction under the 30-day guarantee. Do not continue using a damaged electrical product.

One-year limited warranty

Every machine includes a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on delivery. It covers defective heating, pumping, charging and battery operation under normal use in accordance with the instructions.

Contact hello@morrowcup.com with your order details and a description of the issue. For accepted claims, we provide a replacement at no cost, including shipping, or an appropriate refund of the affected machine's amount paid. No physical return is required.

This commercial warranty excludes ordinary wear, normal battery-capacity reduction and damage caused by accidents, misuse or immersion of the powered body. These exclusions do not remove statutory rights or exclude an unrelated manufacturing defect. Existing paid warranty commitments will be honored.

Support and your rights

Support is available every day, 8 AM–8 PM La Paz time (UTC−4). We aim to reply within one hour during these hours. Overnight messages are answered when support reopens.

Our satisfaction guarantee and commercial warranty are additional to your statutory rights. They do not limit applicable cancellation rights, legal guarantees, or remedies for faulty goods or non-delivery. Where local law provides longer or stronger protection, that protection applies.
