Free tracked US shipping

We currently accept orders for eligible United States addresses. Shipping is included in your machine price. Available delivery options and any charges are shown before you pay.

Preparation and tracking

Your delivery estimate includes order preparation and carrier transit. We will email your tracking link when your order ships. Tracking may take time to show the carrier’s first scan.

If we need to check an order detail, we will contact you. Please check your delivery address before ordering and email hello@morrowcup.com promptly if it needs correcting. A change is confirmed only when we reply.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot dispatch within the timeframe promised when you ordered, we will contact you with revised timing and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. We will not extend a shipment deadline without the consent required by applicable law. If we cannot obtain the required consent, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.

If your parcel is late, lost, damaged or tracking has stopped updating, email hello@morrowcup.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange the remedy you are entitled to. Your rights are not dependent on a carrier or supplier reimbursing us first.
