Ordering and payment
Please check your items and delivery details before placing an order. Checkout shows the purchase price, shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it is not a dispatch notice. If we cannot supply an item or resolve an order detail, we will contact you and refund any amount due. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Delivery and changes
Available destinations and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or cancel. We will check whether fulfillment can be stopped; a requested change is not confirmed until we reply. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch window, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a full refund where applicable. Your legal cancellation rights remain available.

Your guarantee and warranty
Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee and included one-year limited machine warranty. No physical return is required under our guarantee. These benefits are additional to your applicable legal rights and do not replace remedies for faulty goods or non-delivery.

Safe use
Follow the supplied operating and cleaning instructions. Keep the powered body out of water and stop using a damaged electrical product. Contact us if you need help with operation or a suspected fault.

Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Support is available every day, 8 AM–8 PM La Paz time (UTC−4). We aim to reply within one hour during those hours; overnight messages are answered when support reopens.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and customer promises applicable when you placed your order continue to apply to that purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
